Our Response Time
We do our best to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours. Response times may vary during high-volume periods, but rest assured - we will get back to you as soon as possible.
When to Contact Your Local Instead
Some questions are best handled directly by your Local Union. If your inquiry involves jobsite issues, representation needs, grievances, dispatch, or any matter specific to your workplace or region, your Local is the fastest and most knowledgeable point of contact. Urgent or Emergency Concerns
If you are experiencing an urgent workplace health or safety issue, please contact your Local Representative right away so the matter can be addressed promptly - Representative information is posted on the bulletin boards of our signatory jobsites.
For any situation that poses immediate danger or requires emergency services, call 911 before contacting the Union.
Your safety is our priority, and taking quick action ensures you receive the support you need.
